This is my eating plan for the next six days. If I don't stick to it I will have wasted £25 in groceries. I want to lose abit of weight in time for these key events:
Saturday 26th May - The Revels weekend in Parracombe where I'm serving as a medieval wench!!! I need to look as good as possible in whatever I end up wearing.
Sunday 3rd June - The Last Supper with the theology department. This is the last time I'll see alot of my classmates and lecturers so I want to look trim and healthy.
Saturday 23rd June - Tom and Lolly's wedding. Need I say any more. I would like to loose wait for this as the dress I intend to wear was a little tight last summer and I don't knwo if it would fit now. Also it's a wedding I HAVE to look my best, which means a small waist and clear skin.
Tuesday 10th July - Graduation Ceremony. Photographs from this day will be hung on my wall for the rest of my life so I can't have hampster cheeks or any greasy spots.
Saturday 4th August - Holiday in the Algarve. Think. Beautiful beaches = beautiful body in bikini. I want to be tanned, toned and gorgeous in a sexy new bikini and kaftan by the time we land.
September/October - PGCE course. I'll be starting my teacher training and want to buy some lovely new sophisticated clothes that look great on me.
Once I've got my deadlines for this term out the way I can introduce an exercise routine.
