The Plan

Enough is enough! The expanding wasitline since Christmas is starting to worry me! Now usually I'd have cut out chocolate for lent and lost a few pounds but I seem to have lost all will power of late. I thought that if I blogged about my eating habits and exercise routine it might motivate me. Or at least show me how lazy I'm being!

So, starting tomorrow I'll be journaling what I eat, how much and at what time as well as any exercies I accidently do! I figure if I keep this diary for a week I can more easily analyse and change my habits for the better!

This is not a diet. This is going to be a kick up the backside to eat more of the foods I need for my body to look and feel it's best. Come I'm only 21 I should be in my prime!

Every week I'll weigh myself and try and work out how many calories I've lost through cutting down on junk and incresing exercise!

Right I'm off to finishmy Easter egg! Hehe!
